and so on.  How do you deal with these whenever they show up for you?

If you’re like most people, you likely try to push them away (and not really deal with them).  Because it feels so uncomfortable.  And that’s especially the case when at work (after all, you barely have the time to get everything done when feeling great).

I’m here to convince you not to do that.  The truth is that you’re going to feel these things.  Life isn’t easy.  It’s messy.

And news flash: it’s not supposed to feel comfortable all – or even most – of the time.

But that doesn’t mean that you have to wallow in these negative emotions or allow them to take over.  On the contrary, you CAN effectively deal with uncomfortable feelings like these, diminish them and move on.
